Mediante este documento se establecen los objetivos, procesos, recursos, requisitos y controles implementados para cumplir con las Especificaciones Técnicas del cliente. Se detalla la realidad problemática desde lo general a lo especifico en cuanto a calidad. Se presentan los conceptos básicos de calidad, así como los estándares de la ISO 10005 que servirán de lineamiento para el Plan de Calidad final. Finalmente, se presenta el Plan de Calidad en función a las características y condiciones del proyecto que permitirá controlar y asegurar la calidad durante la etapa de construcción.

For the implementation of this plan, the guidelines of the ISO 10005: 2005 Standard were followed, which was in force in the company Constructora JJC at the date of execution of the project in 2017. Through this document the objectives, processes, resources, requirements and controls are implemented to comply with the customer's Technical Specifications. The problematic reality is detailed from the general to the specific in terms of quality. The basic concepts of quality are presented, as well as the ISO 10005 Standards that will serve as guidelines for the final Quality Plan.
