Es un área colindante con los distritos de Independencia y San Martin de Porres, producto de la investigación se concluye que el área de intervención presenta diversas carencias urbanas resaltando las necesidades de espacios públicos, la falta de continuidad peatonal, las tipologías sin identidad del lugar, y la de falta de tipologías complementarias y acordes al lugar. Estas carencias causan la ausencia de actividad social y zonas inseguras. Por otro lado, el estudio urbano realizado me dio a conocer la notable historia ocurrida en el área de intervención, la presencia de huacas desvaloradas y las carencias urbanas del lugar me hizo comprender que el área de intervención necesita de tipologías que contribuyan con estas falencias urbanas, por consiguiente, en la presente memoria se expone conceptos de patrimonios culturales, paisaje urbano, guion museográfico, y tipologías que expliquen la definición de centros de interpretación. Por consiguiente, la propuesta “Centro de Interpretación e Investigación Histórica” surgen de las falencias urbanas y mediante la investigación del marco teórico, el estudio de la factibilidad, consideraciones ambientales, tecnológicas y el diseño arquitectónico propone revitalizar y recuperar la memoria histórica del lugar buscando integrarse con la ciudad y generando espacios para el disfrute de las personas y dando como resultado la revaloración de los vestigios prehispánicos y una mejor calidad de vida.

It is an area adjacent to the districts of Independencia and San Martin de Porres. As a result of the research, it is concluded that the intervention area presents various urban deficiencies, highlighting the needs of public spaces, the lack of pedestrian continuity, the typologies without identity of the place, and the lack of complementary typologies consistent with the place. These deficiencies cause the absence of social activity and unsafe areas. On the other hand, the urban study carried out made me aware of the notable history that occurred in the intervention area, the presence of undervalued huacas and the urban deficiencies of the place made me understand that the intervention area needs typologies that contribute to these urban deficiencies. Therefore, this report presents concepts of cultural heritage, urban landscape, museographic script, and typologies that explain the definition of interpretation centers.
