El proyecto se encuentra en el barrio de Monserrate, el cual es un barrio estratégico del centro Histórico de Lima, pero ha sido descuidado por décadas dejándolo en una decadencia social, cultural y arquitectónica. Sin embargo, el potencial que posee en conjunto con las zonas aledañas permite proponer una revaloración urbana, cultural histórica y arquitectónica, mediante un conjunto de equipamientos y propuestas urbanas siendo representada en este proyecto de tesis mediante un hotel. |

The project is located in the Monserrate neighborhood, which is a strategic neighborhood in the historic center of Lima, but has been neglected for decades, leaving it in a social, cultural and architectural decay.
