Se desarrollan tres proyectos detalladamente en los que he participado: El primero corresponde al desarrollo del expediente técnico de inversión pública del edificio de “Laboratorio de Base Tecnológica” de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) en Lima. El segundo se refiere al desarrollo del expediente técnico de inversión privada de la “Unidad Médica de Malvinas” (Establecimiento de Primer Nivel de Atención: Categoría I-3) en Cusco. El tercero implica el desarrollo de los planos para el expediente técnico de estudios definitivo y la ejecución de obra de inversión pública del “Nuevo Hospital de Apoyo de Pomabamba” (Establecimiento de Segundo Nivel de Atención Categoría II-1) en Ancash.

These works encompass the development of design documentation, technical specifications, architectural plans, and construction blueprints for three different types of building typologies. Specifically, educational buildings, medicales centers, and lodging facilities were developed, each situated in distinct departments of Peru, thus representing unique contexts. From them three projects that I have been involved will be described in detail. The first corresponds to the development of the public investment technical document for the "Technological Base Laboratory" building of the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM) in Lima. The second concerns the development of the private investment technical document for the "Malvinas Medical Unit" (Primary Care Establishment: Category I-3) in Cusco.
