El presente informe titulado ANÁLISIS DE LA VARIACIÓN DEL ALCANCE DEL PROYECTO AMPLIACIÓN DE LA VÍA DE ACCESO TRAMO SEI – CABECERA 33, tiene como objetivo principal analizar las variaciones del alcance del proyecto, las cuales causaron adicionales de obra, ampliaciones de plazo y paralizaciones parciales de la ejecución de los trabajos. El informe enumera y analiza las variaciones al alcance inicial del proyecto, el análisis consiste en detectar las causas y sus consecuencias en la ejecución del proyecto; luego se mide la magnitud del costo de cada uno de los cambios del alcance del proyecto. El resultado del análisis de las variaciones del alcance del proyecto da como resultado el impacto económico sobre el presupuesto contractual del proyecto, adicionalmente se identifica el impacto de las variaciones del alcance en el plazo contractual del proyecto. El impacto económico de las variaciones al alcance del proyecto es un incremento de S/2,443,297.51, equivalente a 37.09% con respecto al presupuesto contractual y el tiempo de ejecución adicional representa un incremento de 201 días, equivalente al 167.50% con respecto al plazo contractual. Las variaciones del alcance del proyecto afectaron económicamente a la entidad contratante al elevarse los costos iniciales destinados para el proyecto, y retrasando la entrega del proyecto para el inicio de sus operaciones del centro logístico proyectado. Adicionalmente, el incumplimiento en el plazo del proyecto afecta al concesionario del aeropuerto ya que no puede usar la vía de acceso para controles, actividades rutinarias, de seguridad y de mantenimiento. |

The report lists and analyzes the variations in the initial scope of the project, the analysis consists of detecting the causes and their consequences in the execution of the project; then the magnitude of the cost of each of the changes in the scope of the project is measured. The result of the analysis of the variations in the scope of the project results in the economic impact on the contractual budget of the project, additionally the impact of the variations in the scope on the contractual term of the project is identified. The economic impact of the variations to the scope of the project is an increase of S/ 2,443,297.51, equivalent to 37.09% with respect to the contractual budget and the additional execution time represents an increase of 201 days, equivalent to 167.50% with respect to the contractual term. The variations in the scope of the project affected the contracting entity economically by increasing the initial costs allocated for the project and delaying the delivery of the project for the start of operations of the planned logistics center.
