Ello deja entrever que se requiere implementar un aplicativo móvil para el reforzamiento entre la interacción de la persona con discapacidad visual con el dispositivo móvil y eliminar las limitaciones u obstáculos que estas personas enfrentan al no poder usar su dispositivo con normalidad. Por consiguiente, se desarrolló la tesis sobre la implementación de una aplicación móvil, según la metodología MOBILE-D y se utilizó el lenguaje de programación móvil en JAVASCRIPT, basado en el Framework de código abierto REACT NATIVE. Al finalizar, se obtuvo como resultado que las personas con discapacidad visual interactuaban más con su dispositivo móvil y les es más fácil usar las funciones del aplicativo móvil, como por ejemplo el control de hacer llamadas, enviar mensajes y acceder a contactos, alarmas y notas por comando de voz.

This suggests that it is required to implement a mobile application for the reinforcement between the interaction of the visually impaired person with the mobile device and eliminate the limitations or obstacles that these people face by not being able to use their device normally. Therefore, the thesis was developed on the implementation of a mobile application, according to the MOBILE-D methodology and used the mobile programming language in JAVASCRIPT, based on the open source Framework REACT NATIVE.
