Resultado: Se aplicó la técnica de análisis documental de archivos y estudios acerca de la medida socioeducativa y reinserción social; así como entrevistas en una población de expertos operadores en materia penal con relación a casos de adolescentes infractores. Conclusión: Se obtuvo que la aplicación del internamiento como medida socioeducativa tiene un impacto negativo al no favorecer la reinserción social de los adolescentes infractores.
