Este trabajo busca hacer una revisión de estudios examinando el rol que ejerce la AI en los diferentes procesos de enseñanza y como ésta potencia el aprendizaje en la formación profesional. Esta investigación también expone como se viene evidenciando la contribución del uso de la AI y sus diversas ramas, tales como Machine Learning (ML) y Natural Language Processing (NLP). Además, se identifican algunos desafíos en el empleo e implantación de esta nueva tecnología, ya que aún existe un grado de incertidumbre en ciertos usuarios.
