Con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada con diseño no experimental y de nivel correlacional. La población objeto de estudio fueron 52 consultores seleccionadas. Del análisis estadístico se concluyó que existe relación mediante la prueba de Spearman (0.559) con un sig=0.000<0.05, demostrándose que existe relación moderada. Por lo tanto, se evidenció la asociación positiva entre GTH y el DL en la empresa, de manera moderada.
