description Esta investigación de tipo no experimental y diseño descriptivo correlacional, halló la relación que existe entre Aserción y Satisfacción Marital en presidentas de un programa de vaso de leche de Chiclayo, para este estudio se tuvo un total de 101 mujeres que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Para medir ambas variables, se hizo uso del cuestionario de la aserción en la pareja de José Carrasco Galán y el Inventario Multifacético de Satisfacción Marital de Cañetas. Las variables son de tipo cuantitativo, el tipo de respuesta escala Likert, es por eso que para su análisis se hizo uso del estadístico Gamma, hallando correlación significativa entre Aserción y Satisfacción Marital, además con las dimensiones Físico Sexual, Familia e Hijos, dentro de los resultados se observó que existe correlación positiva significativa entre aserción y satisfacción marital con un valor p < 0.05, concluyendo que a expresión de sentimientos, preferencias u opiniones personales dentro de una pareja se vincula de manera positiva a la evaluación global y subjetiva que el individuo hace sobre su pareja y la relación.
