La investigación fue de tipo correlacional, utilizándose el diseño no experimental, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumento se usó un cuestionario. La población está conformada por los clientes de la institución bancaria, siendo estos un total de 6634, y la muestra ascendió a 363 clientes. La investigación concluye en lo que se refiere a la variable cultura financiera el 93,36% la percibe como favorable y en n relación a la variable capacidad de ahorro el 73,28% la percibe como favorable, sin embargo, solo el 64,78% percibe a la dimensión depósito como favorable. Por lo tanto, la Cultura financiera y la capacidad de ahorro de los clientes del Banco BBVA Continental oficina -Jaén 2021 arroja un índice de correlación de 0,455, por lo cual se entiende que existe una correlación positiva media
