description El presente trabajo se denomina: “Conservación, Estudio y Difusión de la Cultura Amazonense: Centro de Interpretación e Investigación en Chachapoyas”, y propone una infraestructura de carácter cultural que genere investigación/estudio, al mismo tiempo que permita a los amazonenses revalorar y difundir su patrimonio, a través del Turismo Cultural que cobraría valor con la presencia del Centro de Interpretación e Investigación. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo, primero se realizó una investigación sobre las condiciones en las que se encuentra en patrimonio cultural amazonense y el accionar de las autoridades en pro de su exploración y explotación para beneficio de la población, evidenciándose la carencia de lugares en Chachapoyas que conserven, estudien y difundan las manifestaciones culturales. Finalmente, se planteó la propuesta arquitectónica que solucionaría la problemática encontrada, al mismo tiempo que se convertiría en un hito para la ciudad, contribuyendo al desarrollo educativo (por su área de investigación), cultural y social (por el fortalecimiento de la identidad) en la región.
