Sumario:The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Experimentation Based Program (EBP) for second grade of primary school students in order to increase science skills, in the observation and experimentation items. It is a technological research, with a quasi-experimental design with two available samples consisting in 27 children: 12 of them for the control group and 15 other children for the experimental group. It was taken the test of pre test and post test of Scientific Skills Assessment (Yriarte, 2011) to the control and experimental group. Conclusion: There were significant differences for the experimental group in comparison to the control group in the pretest and posttest fases and after the implementation of Agenda Based Experimentation, mother words, the experimental group increased the ability experimentation.
