La investigación just in time como herramienta de mejora en una empresa textil tiene como objetivo incrementar el nivel de servicio mediante la herramienta Just in Time. Para ello, se realizó un diagnóstico del proceso productivo de la empresa, donde se obtuvo un nivel de servicio de 84,43% y se encontró como causa principal: la baja productividad. Asimismo, se mejoró el proceso productivo mediante el uso de herramientas Just in Time y Kanban. El resultado de la investigación fue de un aumento de 15,57% en el nivel de servicio y un incremento de 32,97% en la productividad. |
