Sumario:This had as general objective to establish job satisfaction in the health service providers Health Care Network Jauja. A study of quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional non-experimental design and the population consisted of 173 health workers performed. The technique was the interview and questionnaire type instrument Font Roja - AP job satisfaction consisting of 30 questions grouped into 9 factors that enabled explore all the dimensions involved in job satisfaction. It is concluded that health professionals are dissatisfied in general with respect to their work (average of 57.17, scores below 72). The level of satisfaction according to the variables show low percentages: 71.8% of professionals have specific dissatisfaction, 97.7% are dissatisfied with their activities, 98.3% are dissatisfied with the recognition of his superiors and with financial remuneration, the same as the 57.5% of workers believe feel dissatisfied with labor relations, with the facilities and conditions of equipment and instruments health centers and 76.4% are satisfied with the training received and their job performance, being one of the highest scoring goals achieved. The health service providers are generally dissatisfied about their work and respect him, the training received and job performance.
