El informe final de la investigación se presenta: I. “Introducción” Realidad problemática, Formulación del problema, Justificación, Objetivos, Antecedentes Bases teóricas, Definición de Variables, Formulación de la hipótesis); II. “Materiales y Método” (Material de estudios, Técnicas, Operacionalización de variables); III.Resultados; IV. Discusión; V. Conclusiones; VI.. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos. Las conclusiones han sido la base de nuestras recomendaciones esperando que sea útil para que se cumpla al 100% con las metas del plan de incentivos Municipales en la Provincia de Pataz. Esta investigación fue viable, se contó con el apoyo de los funcionarios públicos encargados del cumplimiento de metas del plan de incentivos Municipales en la Provincia de Pataz ejercicio 2018.

The final report of the research is presented: I. “Introduction” Problem reality, Formulation of the problem, Justification, Objectives, Background Theoretical basis, Definition of Variables, Formulation of the hypothesis); II. “Materials and Method” (Study material, Techniques, Operationalization of variables); III.Results; IV. Discussion; V. Conclusions; VI .. Bibliographic references and Annexes. The conclusions have been the basis of our recommendations hoping that it will be useful for 100% compliance with the goals of the Municipal incentive plan in the Province of Pataz.
