description El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la Ley 29783 para la Municipalidad Distrital de Tumán, con el fin de prevenir y/o minimizar los riesgos laborales a los que se exponen todos los trabajadores de dicha municipalidad y partes interesadas. Se elaboró la IPERC (Identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y Control) en el área de GDES (Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico, Servicios Comunales); para poder Identificar los peligros de cada actividad y así minimizar los riesgos que se presenten en el área trabajo. Se observó que en el año 2018 se han perdido por accidente 175 días/año, apreciándose que el índice de accidentabilidad es alto debido a que no cuentan con un Sistema Integrado de Gestión. Este diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo servirá para que la Gerencia pueda tomar decisiones en base a la evidencia documentada existente y mejorar continuamente la implementación del sistema y dar cumplimiento a la legislación vigente.
