description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general estimar la valoración económica, social y ambiental de los servicios ecosistémicos de regulación hídrica del área de conservación ecológica Cerro Ilucán, en el distrito de Cutervo-Cajamarca. La metodología se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, y el nivel de la investigación fue descriptivo- correlacional. Se aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos a 1510 pobladores del distrito de Cutervo. Una vez realizado el procesamiento de datos se llegó a la conclusión principal, que el poblador de esta zona sí tiene la disposición a pagar por conservar el servicio ecosistémico de regulación hídrica de los humedales de “Cerro Ilucán”, el cual asciende a S/. 8.316 por poblador.
