La investigación identificó problemas críticos en el sistema manual actual, como falta de visibilidad en tiempo real del stock, retrasos en reposiciones, registros propensos a errores y sobrecostos por compras innecesarias. Mediante un enfoque descriptivo y aplicado, se desarrolló un prototipo funcional basado en tecnologías como MySQL, Laravel y FilamentPHP, que incluye módulos para: • Registro automatizado de entradas/salidas. • Alertas de stock mínimo. • Generación de reportes (PDF/Excel). • Control de accesos por roles. Los resultados demostraron una eficiencia funcional del 74.4 % en pruebas piloto, con mejora en indicadores clave como: nivel de servicio, rotación de inventario y satisfacción del personal. El prototipo validó su potencial para transformar la gestión de inventarios logística de Transportes Paquita S.R.L, asegurando mayor precisión, trazabilidad y reducción de costos operativos.
