Los resultados obtenidos arrojaron que el 92.5 % de las enfermeras, presentó nivel medio de síndrome de Burnout, el 7.5% nivel bajo; así mismo el 57.5 % presentó nivel bajo en la dimensión de Agotamiento Emocional, el 62.5% nivel bajo en la dimensión de Despersonalización y el 62.5 % nivel alto en la dimensión de Realización Personal.

The sample consisted of a total of 40 nurses. Data collection was performed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire.
