description La Facultad especializada de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, Campus Trujillo, parte de la necesidad de crear una edificación apta para los estudiantes de arquitectura, actualmente existe déficit en cuanto a infraestructura para estudiantes de arquitectura, dado que, el aprendizaje de un estudiante de arquitectura tiene que tener las condiciones adecuadas para el desarrollo académico de los estudiantes de arquitectura. Actualmente los estudiantes de arquitectura de la FAUA, desarrollan sus actividades académicas en los diferentes pabellones de la universidad. La presente Tesis busca potencializar las oportunidades en infraestructura que ofrece la FAUA - UPAO, que estará ubicada dentro del campus universitario de UPAO, la cual proporcionará espacios educativos, adecuados para el desarrollo de las actividades propias de la comunidad académica de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes. El diseño de la FAUA contempla soluciones integrales como: accesibilidad con su entorno, relación con su entorno, variedad y flexibilidad espacial como resultado de la composición volumétrica y un diseño tecnológico- ambiental. El emplazamiento del edificio debe permitir el fácil acceso a través de los ejes (senderos) de circulación y la edificación debe crecer en altura por el área del terreno, sin ser un elemento pesado para las otras edificaciones. Buscamos en el diseño flexibilidad y variedad de dimensiones espaciales, en espacios interiores y exteriores a y través de la composición volumétrica. Implementar en la infraestructura un diseño tecnológico – ambiental, para proveer espacios confortables para el usuario.

Due to the current project of a specialized Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts of the Antenor Orrego Private University, Trujillo Campus has been developed, there’s a need to create a suitable building for architecture students. Every student who has studied in our faculty knows that there’s currently a deficit in terms of infrastructure for architecture students, which means that the learning of an architecture student or the chance to reach their prime in our college has to face many difficulties, which can be solved by having the right conditions for the academic development of architecture students. In fact, FAUA architecture students develop their academic activities in the different pavilions of the university. The design of the FAUA is going to provide integral solutions such as: accessibility with its surroundings, relationship with its surroundings, variety and spatial flexibility as a result of the volumetric composition and a technological-environmental design. The location of the building must allow easy access through the circulation axes (walking paths) and the building must grow in height due to the area of the land, without being a heavy element for the other buildings. We look for flexibility and a variety of spatial dimensions in design, in interior and exterior spaces through and through volumetric composition.
