Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar una propuesta arquitectónica para un Centro de Difusión Cultural de Arte Contemporáneo y Escénico en el Distrito de veintiséis de Octubre, como respuesta a las necesidades del Distrito, el cual de acuerdo a nuestra investigación posee un gran potencial cultural, todo ello gracias a sus manifestaciones sociales, artísticas y festivas. En este sentido, y aprovechando las condiciones de necesidad y ubicación, se plantea el proyecto: “Centro de difusión cultural de arte contemporáneo y escénico en el distrito de 26 de Octubre ”, que cuente no solamente con espacios adecuados para la visita de turistas, y residentes, sino que complemente también con espacios culturales y recreativos que motiven y lleguen a generar un reconocimiento a nivel cultural a todo el distrito.

It is usually considered as centers that disseminate culture, spaces that are open for the development of expressions, exchange of values and cultural identity of the community. The objective of this research is to determine an architectural proposal for a Center of Cultural Diffusion of Contemporary and Scenic Art in the District of twenty six de Octubre, as a response to the needs of the District, which according to our research has a great cultural potential, all thanks to its social, artistic and festive manifestations.
