description Se determinó la presencia de antimicrobianos en muestras de leche cruda provenientes de diferentes puntos de venta fija en los mercados más importantes en el Distrito de Trujillo, se utilizó la prueba Copan Milk Test (CMT) en tubos pre-sembrados con esporas de Bacilos Stearothermophilus, variedad: calidolactis, incubados a 64 °C, la lectura de los resultados se determinó por el cambio de color del medio agar (púrpura para positivos y amarillo negativos). El análisis reportó 87,5% de muestras positivas a la presencia de antimicrobianos contraponiéndose a la Norma Técnica Peruana (NTP 202.001.2010) de Leche. Concluimos que la leche ofertada directamente al público en el distrito de Trujillo no es apta para su consumo directo.

Concluimos que la leche ofertada directamente al público en el distrito de Trujillo no es apta para su consumo directo.The presence of antimicrobials in raw milk samples from different fixed points of sale in the most important markets in the District of Trujillo was determined, using the Copan Milk Test (CMT) in pre-sown tubes with Stearothermophilus Bacillus spores, Variety: calidolactis, incubated at 64° C, the results reading was determined by the color change of agar medium (purple for positive and yellow negative). The analysis reported 87.5% of samples positive for the presence of antimicrobials this goes against Peruvian Technical Standard (NTP 202.001.2010) of Milk.
