A esto también se suma el problema a nivel arquitectónico en donde se involucra de manera esencial para las actividades que los menores puedan realizar en los centros educativos debido a que no existe propuestas adaptadas para su evolución en la autonomía de cada niño generando que la oferta siga en aumento y la demanda sea menor cada año. Por lo mencionado el proyecto surge en el distrito de Víctor Larco ante la inexistente presencia de algún CEBE en el distrito y que ante ello se genera un estudio, propuesta y desarrollo de centro educativo que no solo cumpla con el factor de brindar un espacio para la educación si no que encuentre un equilibrio en el correcto diseño de los ambientes y de las actividades que se presenten en la programación mejorada para su evolución de niños a personas autónomas

This is due to the low investment that the state generates for the educational development plans generated by the Ministry in charge. Added to this is the problem at the architectural level where it is essentially involved in the activities that minors can carry out in educational centers because there are no proposals adapted to their evolution in the autonomy of each child, causing the offer to continue to increase and the demand to be lower each year.
