description El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo principal diseñar un centro cultural moderno e inclusivo en el distrito de Moche, destinado a niños, jóvenes, adultos y turistas. Este espacio surge como respuesta a la carencia de infraestructuras adecuadas para el desarrollo de actividades culturales, ya que actualmente muchos talleres y eventos se realizan en viviendas u otros espacios no aptos para dichos fines. El proyecto estará conformado por diversos ambientes y espacios flexibles que permitirán su adaptación a distintas actividades artísticas, educativas y recreativas, promoviendo la integración social y la regeneración urbana. Contará con talleres de arte, música, danza, espacios de exposición, áreas verdes y zonas complementarias, lo que facilitará el acceso a la cultura para toda la población. Además, se busca fortalecer la identidad local a través del reconocimiento y la puesta en valor de las manifestaciones culturales propias de Moche, incentivando así la participación activa de la comunidad. El proyecto también contempla la inclusión de turistas, integrando la riqueza cultural del distrito con el potencial del turismo responsable. La implementación de este centro cultural tendrá un impacto positivo en la comunidad, al convertirse en un espacio de encuentro, aprendizaje y expresión, enriqueciendo la vida.

This space arises in response to the lack of adequate infrastructure for cultural activities, as many workshops and events are currently held in homes or other spaces that are not suitable for such purposes. The project will include a variety of environments and flexible spaces that can adapt to different artistic, educational, and recreational activities, promoting social integration and urban regeneration. It will feature art, music, and dance workshops, exhibition spaces, green areas, and complementary zones, facilitating access to culture for the entire population. In addition, the project aims to strengthen local identity by recognizing and valuing the cultural expressions unique to Moche, thereby encouraging active community participation. The project also considers the inclusion of tourists, integrating the district’s cultural richness with the potential of responsible tourism.
