description Las vivencias es todo aquello auténtico y verdadero que se experimenta en un momento dado; es subjetivo. Objetivo: Comprender las vivencias de los colaboradores administrativos frente a las actividades de capacitación de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo-2019. Método: Estudio cualitativo con diseño análisis de contenido, tuvo como población a 50 colaboradores administrativos, cuya muestra fue método de saturación quedando con 30 participantes. Los datos recopilados se dio gracias a la entrevista semi-estructurada. Posteriormente surgieron las siguientes categorías: satisfacción del colaborador administrativo al cumplimiento del marco normativo, reacciones frente a las actividades de capacitación de SST, emociones generadas de la vivencia del trabajador al estar capacitado en materia de SST y sentimientos ante la falta de concientización del empleador. Conclusiones: Los colaboradores administrativos experimentaron todo tipo de emociones como malestar, enojo y sentimientos como miedo, incertidumbre ante la forma del desarrollo de las capacitaciones programadas; la insatisfacción por la calidad de la actividad; por otro lado hubo reacciones positivas ante el cumplimiento de la Ley N° 29783, cambios positivos después de haber sido capacitados y haber mejorado sus habilidades y destrezas para los futuros riesgos peligrosos tanto en el trabajo como su hogar.

Objective: Understand the experiences of administrative collaborators regarding the Occupational Health and Safety training activities of the Provincial Municipality of Chiclayo-2019. Method: Qualitative study with a content analysis design, with a population of 50 administrative collaborators, whose sample was a saturation method, leaving 30 participants. The data collected was obtained thanks to the semi-structured interview. Subsequently, the following categories emerged: administrative collaborator satisfaction with compliance with the regulatory framework, reactions to OSH training activities, emotions generated from the worker's experience of being trained in OSH matters, and feelings regarding the employer's lack of awareness.
