description El presente estudio aborda dos aspectos claves en la actualidad que busca la administración eficiente de los recursos que es el desarrollo sustentable y el otro abarca el desarrollo de la responsabilidad social corporativa y como estos se relaciona para ello se planteó como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre la sustentabilidad y la responsabilidad social corporativa en CARSA sucursal Trujillo año 2018, formulando la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuál es la relación que existe entre la sustentabilidad y la responsabilidad social corporativa de CARSA sucursal Trujillo año 2018? siendo la hipótesis de investigación existe un alto grado de relación entre la sustentabilidad y la responsabilidad social corporativa en CARSA sucursal Trujillo año 2018. La población estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la entidad del año 2017 siendo un total de 35 trabajadores el diseño de la investigación utilizado fue de correlacional de corte transversal en cuanto a las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta y entrevista, la principal conclusión evidencia que existe un alto grado de relación entre las variables.
