description Con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre los factores de riesgo reproductivo y la infertilidad de las trabajadoras sexuales atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo 2016, se realizó una investigación de tipo cuantitativa y de diseño descriptivo de relación simple, en una muestra de 153 trabajadoras sexuales que asisten al CERITS (Centro de referencia de Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual), quienes cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, para lo cual se diseñó como instrumento una encuesta, la cual constó de 17 preguntas. Obteniendo como resultados que la incidencia de infertilidad de las trabajadoras sexuales fue de 56%, el riesgo encontrado fue alto (65%), los factores de riesgo reproductivo como edad, paridad, periodo transcurrido desde el último embarazo hasta la fecha actual, enfermedades intercurrentes, infecciones de Transmisión Sexual y antecedentes de mala historia obstétrica se relacionan con la infertilidad de las trabajadoras sexuales atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo (p < 0.05.).
