Se empleará un evaluación analítica, observacional, retrospectiva, de casos y controles; incluyendo a pacientes diagnosticados con cáncer de próstata que hayan sido expuestos a pesticidas previamente. La muestra estará constituida por 759 casos y 759 controles. Se empleará la prueba estadística chi cuadrada para la muestra de pacientes con exposición a pesticidas como factor de riesgo para el desarrollo de cáncer de próstata, alcanzando un odds ratio con su respectivo intervalo de confianza de 95%; de la misma manera serán incluidas las variables intervinientes utilizando regresión logística
