description Esta investigación, “Comunicación asertiva y percepción del cuidado humanizado que brinda el profesional de enfermería en emergencia, Hospital Referencial Ferreñafe, Lambayeque - 2024”. El propósito de este estudio es identificar si existe correlación entre el estilo de comunicación asertiva de la enfermera de urgencias y la impresión del paciente sobre el trato compasivo que recibió en el Hospital Referencial Ferreñafe, Lambayeque – 2024. La investigación es cuantitativa, transversal, descriptiva correlacional, con una muestra de 319 pacientes a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario para evaluar el nivel de comunicación asertiva y cómo percibe el usuario el trato compasivo por parte de las enfermeras de urgencias. El estudio encontró que el 52% de la población considera que el nivel de comunicación asertiva entre enfermeras y usuarios es bajo. Además, el 50,2% de la población dice que nunca ha sentido que recibió atención humanizada por parte de una enfermera. En todas las dimensiones de percepción de atención humanizada, los usuarios reportaron nunca haber recibido atención humanizada. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre la comunicación asertiva y la percepción de los usuarios sobre la atención humanizada brindada por las enfermeras (Sig = 0.000; Rho= 0,720).

The purpose of this study is to identify whether there is a correlation between the assertive communication style of the emergency nurse and the patient's impression of the compassionate treatment he received at the Ferreñafe Reference Hospital, Lambayeque – 2024. The research is quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational, with a sample of 319 patients to whom a questionnaire was applied to evaluate the level of assertive communication and how the user perceives the compassionate treatment by emergency nurses. The study found that 52% of the population considers the level of assertive communication between nurses and users to be low. In addition, 50.2% of the population says that they have never felt that they received humanized care from a nurse. In all dimensions of perception of humanized care, users reported never having received humanized care.
