La muestra estuvo compuesta por 104 internos de enfermería a los cuales se les aplicó una ficha sociodemográfica y dos instrumentos; el APGAR Familiar y el Test de Habilidades Sociales. Los resultados muestran que, con respecto al funcionamiento familiar, un 43.27% de los internos de enfermería tuvieron un funcionamiento familiar normal, el 32.69% disfunción familiar leve, el 14.42% disfunción familiar moderada y un 09.62% disfunción familiar severa. En cuanto al nivel de habilidades sociales el 33.65% de internos de enfermería obtuvieron un nivel alto, el 44.23% nivel medio y el 22.12% nivel bajo; concluyendo estadísticamente en base a la prueba de correlación de Spearman, la cual consideró estadísticamente significativos los resultados; (p≤0.05), demostrando que existe relación entre las variables estudiadas.

It used a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The sample was made up of 104 nursing interns to whom a sociodemographic sheet and two instruments were applied; the Family APGAR and the Social Skills Test. The results show that, with respect to family functioning, 43.27% of nursing interns had normal family functioning, 32.69% mild family dysfunction, 14.42% moderate family dysfunction and 09.62% severe family dysfunction.
