Para medir los conocimientos y actitudes se aplicó un cuestionario, validado por juicio de expertos. El nivel de conocimientos antes de desarrollar los talleres educativos fue malo en 92.0%, regular 6.0% y bueno 2.0% y el nivel de actitudes fue desfavorable en 46.0%, intermedio 42.0% y favorable 12.0%. Después de haber desarrollado los talleres educativos; el nivel de conocimiento fue bueno en 71.0% y regular 29.0 % y el nivel de actitudes fue favorable en un 92.0% e intermedio 8.0%. Concluyendo que los talleres educativos sobre paternidad responsable son eficaces incrementando en más del 50% (P<0.001) el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes en la prevención del embarazo en adolescentes.

Private Educational Institution Friends of Jesus, La Esperanza - Trujillo 2015. The type of research was quasi-experimental, with a pre- and post-test design, in a sample of 48 students who were given educational workshops on responsible parenthood, which carried out in six weeks, one workshop per week. To measure knowledge and attitudes, a questionnaire was applied, validated by expert judgment. The level of knowledge before developing the educational workshops was bad in 92.0%, regular 6.0% and good 2.0% and the level of attitudes was unfavorable in 46.0%, intermediate 42.0% and favorable 13.0%. After having developed the educational workshops; the level of knowledge was good at 71.0% and regular 29.0% and the level of attitudes was favorable at 92.0% and intermediate 8.0%.
