description Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la implantación del software Sistema de Gestión de Capacitación (SISCA) en la gestión de capacitación de una gerencia subregional en el año 2023, aplicando un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño experimental, de grado preexperimental, utilizando un cuestionario de 12 ítems validados por expertos, empleando la V de Aiken para la validez de contenido (0.83), el cual, fue empleado para medir el antes y después de esta variable, para una población de 78 servidores durante los meses de diciembre del 2022 y abril del 2023, donde, los resultados arrojaron que, entre la antes y después, se registró un crecimiento del 67.86%, indicando una mejora positiva en la gestión de capacitación. Con ayuda de la prueba paramétrica T-Student, se concluye, que la implantación del software SISCA influye de manera significativamente en la gestión de capacitación de una gerencia subregional en el año 2023.

Con ayuda de la prueba paramétrica T-Student, se concluye, que la implantación del software SISCA influye de manera significativamente en la gestión de capacitación de una gerencia subregional en el año 2023.The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the implementation of the Training Management System (SISCA) software in the training management of a subregional management in the year 2023, applying a quantitative approach, with experimental design, pre-experimental degree, using a questionnaire of 12 items validated by experts, using Aiken's V for content validity (0. 83), which was used to measure the before and after of this variable, for a population of 78 servers during the months of December 2022 and April 2023, where the results showed that, between before and after, there was a growth of 67.86%, indicating a positive improvement in training management.
