Para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 205 conductores de sexo masculino, cuyas edades oscilan entre los 23 y 60 años, pertenecientes a una compañía de taxi de Trujillo, empleando para su evaluación la Escala de Desgate Ocupacional (Burnout) – EDO y el Inventario de respuestas de afrontamiento para Adultos - CRI-A Los resultados muestran, en cuanto al Desgate Ocupacional, predomina en los estudiantes evaluados, un nivel medio a nivel general y en sus dimensiones, con porcentajes de estudiantes que registran este nivel que oscilan entre 46.5% y 61.2%; y un nivel medio de Estrategias de Afrontamiento a nivel general y en sus dimensiones, con porcentajes que oscilan entre 43.5% y 54.6%. En cuanto al análisis relacional, se encontró una correlación muy significativa, negativa, entre Agotamiento y las dimensiones Búsqueda de guía y soporte, Solución de problemas, Aceptación y resignación y Descarga emocional; y significativa, negativa, con las dimensiones Revaluación positiva y Búsqueda de recompensas alternativas. Se encontró también una correlación muy significativa, negativa, entre Despersonalización y las dimensiones Análisis lógico, Revaluación positiva, Búsqueda de guía y soporte, Solución de problemas, Evitación cognitiva, Aceptación y resignación y Búsqueda de recompensas alternativas; una correlación muy significativa, negativa, Insatisfacción de Logro y las dimensiones Revaluación positiva, Búsqueda de guía y soporte, Solución de problemas, Búsqueda de recompensas alternativas y Descarga emocional; y una correlación muy significativa, negativa, entre la dimensión Factores Psicosomáticos y las dimensiones Análisis lógico, Revaluación positiva, Búsqueda de guía y soporte, Solución de problemas, Evitación cognitiva, Aceptación y resignación y Búsqueda de recompensas alternativas

To do this, a sample of 205 male drivers, ranging in age from 23 to 60 years, from a taxi company in Trujillo, using the Occupational Despair Scale (EDO) and the Inventory Of Coping Responses for Adults - CRI-A The results show that, in terms of Occupational Deterioration, a mean level in general and in its dimensions predominates in the students evaluated, with percentages of students that register this level ranging from 46.5% to 61.2%; And an average level of coping responses in general and in its dimensions, with percentages ranging from 43.5% to 54.6%.
