El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo aplicar las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing en el área de pintura de la empresa B & P SERVICE SAC para desarrollar el flujo continuo de los materiales, personas e información; reduciendo los desperdicios presentes en el área relacionados con la parte tangible que puede ser el exceso de utilización de materia prima y la parte intangible que se focaliza en los diferentes tiempos en los que incurren cada procedimiento para poder cumplir con el servicio de pintura. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa basado en la herramienta de VSM; donde se pudo identificar todas las deficiencias con respecto al flujo esperado del proceso y los desperdicios en tiempo de las actividades relacionadas; después se propuso las herramientas necesarias para mitigar dichas deficiencias concentrándose sólo en: 5S, KANBAM, HEIJUNKA Y TPM; logrando reducir el tiempo de ciclo de cada sub-proceso; evidenciándose una mejora sustentable a comparación de la situación actual de la empresa; lográndose en reducir de 314 soles a 51.4 soles en ahorro de materiales por gasto innecesario; asimismo el tiempo varió positivamente en 27% para el proceso de preparado y 32% para pintado secado-acabado. Finalmente se obtuvo un VAN de S/. 1093.79, la TIR de 91% y B/C de 1.68 por consiguiente el proyecto es viable y rentable para su implementación. |

Finalmente se obtuvo un VAN de S/. 1093.79, la TIR de 91% y B/C de 1.68 por consiguiente el proyecto es viable y rentable para su implementación.The present research work aims to apply Lean Manufacturing tools in the painting area of the company B & P SERVICE SAC to develop the continuous flow of materials, people and information; reducing the waste present in the area related to the tangible part that can be the excess use of raw material and the intangible part that focuses on the different times incurred by each procedure to be able to comply with the painting service. A diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made based on the VSM tool; where all the deficiencies with respect to the expected flow of the process and the waste in time of the related activities could be identified; then the necessary tools were proposed to mitigate these deficiencies concentrating only on: 5S, KANBAM, HEIJUNKA and TPM; achieving a reduction in the cycle time of each sub process; evidencing a sustainable improvement compared to the current situation of the company; achieving a reduction from 314 soles to 51.4 soles in savings of materials due to unnecessary spending; Likewise, the time varied positively by 27% for the preparation process and 32% for painting-drying-finishing.
