Objetivos: Determinar las complicaciones de los recién nacidos de madres preeclámpticas en el Hospital II - 2 de Sullana de Enero a Diciembre del 2017 Materiales y métodos: Es un estudio descriptivo, observacional, retrospectivo, transversal y se revisaron las historias clínicas de los recién nacidos de las madres preeclámpticas que nacieron en el año 2017. Resultados: Hubo un total de 477 de recién nacidos de madres preeclámpticas; del total de las madres preeclámpticas el 92.87%(443) si tuvieron control prenatal. Según el tipo de presentación en el 94.76%(452) fue cefálico. En el 80.50% (384) de los recién nacidos de madres preeclámpticas el tipo de parto fue abdominal. Con respecto al líquido amniótico, en el 88.25%(421) fue normal y en el 11.74%(56) fue meconial. Según el sexo fueron en su mayoría de sexo masculino en el 55.97%(267) y en el 44.02%(210) fueron de sexo femenino. Según la edad gestacional, en el 29.35%(140) fueron pre término, en el 70.44%(336) fueron a término y en el 0.20%(1) fue post término. Respecto al peso/ edad gestacional, en el 11.34%(54) fueron PEG, en el 79.66%(380) fueron AEG y en el 9.01%(43) fueron GEG. En el 94.54%(451) presentaron APGAR al 1´ entre 7-10 y en el 98.11%(468) APGAR al 5´entre 7-10. Del total fueron hospitalizados, en el 46.75%(223) en NEOSANO, en el 52.83%(252) en NEOPATO INTERMEDIOS y en el 0.41%(2) en UCIN. No hubo fallecidos. Conclusiones: En este estudio con respecto a la morbilidad hubo mayor porcentaje de TRASTORNO DE COAGULACION 55.11% (221), en el 8.47%(34) SEPSIS, en el 19.70%(79) ICTERICIA NEONATAL, en el 3.24%(13) ENFERMEDAD DE MEMBRANA HIALINA, en el 1.99%(8) TAQUIPNEA TRANSITORIA DEL RECIEN NACIDO, en el 3.49%(14) HIPOGLICEMIA, en el 0.99%(4) APNEA, en el 2.49%(10) MALFORMACIONES CONGENITAS, y en el 4.48% (18) OTROS. |

Materials and methods: It is a descriptive, observacional, restrospective, cross-sectional study. There was a review from clinical histories of newborn from preeclampticas mothers who were born in 2017. Results: There were a total of 477 of newborn from preeclampticas mothers. About the total of preeclampticas mothers, the 92,87% (443) had prenatal control. According to the type of presentation in the 94,76% (452) were cephalic. The 80,50% (384) of newborn from preeclampticas mothers the type of childbirth were abdominal. Respect to the amniotic liquid, the 88,25% (421) was normal and the 11,74% (56) was meconial. According to the sex (267), the majority were male in the 55,97% and the 44,02% (210) were female. According to the gestacional age, the 29,35% (140) were preterm, the 70,44% (336) were upon maturity and the 0,20% (1) were post term. Respect to the weight /gestacional age, the 11,34% (54) were PEG, the 79,66% (380) were AEG and the 9,01% (43) were GEG. The 94,54% (451) reported APGAR to 1´ between 7-10 and the 98,11% (468) developed APGAR to 5´entre 7-10. From the total were hospitalized, the 46,75% (223) in NEOSANO, the 52,83% (252) in NEOPATOLOGICAL INTERMEDIATE and the 0,41% (2) in UCIN. There were no deceased.
