Siendo la cultura el cuarto pilar del desarrollo sostenible de una ciudad. Además de encontrarse emplazado en una ruta turística relevante de la región, creemos que es necesario y urgente realizar una propuesta de diseño de un centro cultural turístico gastronómico eco amigable 2022 (CCTG) en Catacaos, siendo este de suma importancia, debido a que cumple un rol fundamental para el desarrollo del tejido social, económico, turístico y cultural de la ciudad. Catapultando a la misma a un desarrollo sin precedentes. Este CCTG debe cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad, funcionabilidad y confort. Esto permitirá desarrollar las diversas actividades multidisciplinarias y de cohesión social de todos los usuarios, así mismo aplicando, en el diseño, todas las teorías adecuadas para que los visitantes incrementen la calidad de su estadía.
