El propósito principal de la investigación será establecer los criterios arquitectónicos, ambientales y tecnológicos para el diseño de un Nuevo Mercado la Unión en el distrito de Trujillo; como primer punto es necesario analizar el contexto de la ciudad de Trujillo y la influencia de las variables climáticas para realizar un diseño de una infraestructura comercial; además dicho equipamiento favorecerá a los comerciantes y usuarios que asisten a este mercado. Esta investigación nació sobre los problemas que existen en el actual Mercado la Unión, ya que no brinda la seguridad ni confort necesario para los usuarios que acuden al establecimiento para adquirir sus productos de primera necesidad. Por ello, se busca plantear un diseño de una nueva infraestructura híbrida que cumpla con los estándares normativos y arquitectónicos en beneficio de los comerciantes y turistas que acuden a este equipamiento. En busca de mejorar la rentabilidad de esta edificación y el sector, se planteó el diseño de zonas de tiendas, cines, y áreas de juegos, que ayuden a incrementar el valor comercial en la ciudad de Trujillo, dándole un aspecto moderno, y que sirva como un activador urbano debido a la importancia de la ubicación del terreno |
