Material and methods: A retrospective sectional study of diagnostic tests was carried out in which 165 records of patients with acute pancreatitis were included, according to selection criteria, which were divided into 2 groups: severe o non severe pancreatitis; calculating the ROC curve of the POP and APACHE II scales.
