Se obtuvieron los resultados siguientes: el 4.1% se encuentran en el nivel Muy bueno, 43.2% de docentes se encuentran en el nivel bueno, 47.9% de docentes se encuentran en el nivel regular y 4.7% de docentes encuentran en el nivel deficiente, así mismo la calidad de atención a los niños con capacidades diferentes de la UGEL 3 Trujillo, el 19.5% se encuentran en el nivel Muy bueno, 60.4% se encuentran en el nivel bueno, 20.1% se encuentran en el nivel regular y ningún alumno es atendido en el nivel deficiente.
