description El siguiente proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un proyecto arquitectónico de la “Sede de servicios administrativos y tecnológicos de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo”, El proyecto nace a partir de la necesidad de dar solución a la problemática actual de las distintas dependencias de Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, las cuales son de infraestructura y calidad de servicio. El proyecto busca consolidar una infraestructura multifuncional capaz de albergar diversos servicios ofrecidos por la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo. La propuesta busca optimizar la eficiencia administrativa y tecnológica, brindando a la comunidad un espacio integral que facilite el acceso y la gestión de los diferentes servicios municipales. La propuesta se basa en los análisis de casos análogos, teniendo en consideración la similitud de estos, se desarrolla una nueva programación la cual busca satisfacer no solo las necesidades existentes de la población sino también busca potenciar el servicio brindado, enriqueciendo funcionalmente el proyecto con áreas como: coworking municipal, agencia bancaria, call center y oficinas del Servicio de Administración Tributaria de Trujillo. Así mismo, el proyecto se relaciona con su entorno urbano integrándose de manera eficiente a través del espacio público propuesto, mejorando así la calidad de imagen urbana.

The project was born from the need to provide a solution to the current problems of the different departments of Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, which are infrastructure and quality of service. The project seeks to consolidate a multifunctional infrastructure capable of hosting various services offered by the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo. The proposal seeks to optimize administrative and technological efficiency, providing the community with a comprehensive space that facilitates access and management of different municipal services. The proposal is based on the analysis of analogous cases, taking into consideration the similarity of these, a new programming is developed which seeks to satisfy not only the existing needs of the population but also seeks to enhance the service provided, functionally enriching the project with areas such as municipal coworking, banking agency, call center and Trujillo Tax Administration Service Offices.
