Se presentaron los siguientes resultados: se puede observar que el 54% de puérperas no presento riesgo de depresión pos parto, mientras que el 26%estuvo al límite de presentar depresión pos parto y por ultimo un considerable 20% presento riesgo de depresión pos parto, también se puede evidenciar que el 84% de puérperas tiene un vínculo maternal adecuado, mientras que el 16% tiene un vínculo maternal inadecuado se observa que el 84% de puérperas tuvo vinculo materno adecuado de las cuales la mayoría 55.9% no tuvo riesgo de depresión pos parto mientras que el 21.4% tuvo riesgo de depresión pos parto, también se observa que el 16% de puérperas tuvo vinculo materno inadecuado y el 43.8% no tuvo riesgo de depresión pos parto y estuvo al límite de depresión pos parto, mientras que el 12.5% tuvo riesgo de depresión posparto. Por último, se observa que las que tienen vinculo materno infantil adecuado tienen más riesgo de presentar depresión pos parto (21.4%) que las de vinculo materno inadecuado (12.5%). Conclusiones: La depresión postparto de las puérperas atendidas fue del 20% en el Hospital Santa Isabel del Porvenir. 2024, el vínculo materno infantil de laspuérperas atendidas fue adecuado en un 84% en el Hospital Santa Isabel del Porvenir. 2024. Por último se concluye que no existe relación entre la depresión posparto y el vínculo materno infantil, p >0.05, en puérperas atendidas en el Hospital Santa Isabel del Porvenir. 2024 en el Hospital Santa Isabel, El Provenir La Libertad 2024

The research had a descriptive correlational design and included 100% of the mothers who were attended. The following results were presented: it can be observed that 54% of postpartum women did not present a risk of postpartum depression, while 26% were on the threshold of presenting postpartum depression, and finally, a considerable 20% were at risk of postpartum depression. It is also evident that 84% of postpartum women had an adequate maternal bond, while 16% had an inadequate maternal bond. Among those with an adequate maternal bond, the majority (55.9%) did not have a risk of postpartum depression, whereas 21.4% were at risk of postpartum depression. It is also observed that 16% of postpartum women had an inadequate maternal bond, with 43.8% not at risk of postpartum depression and on the threshold of postpartum depression, while 12.5% were at risk of postpartum depression. Lastly, it is noted that those who had an adequate mother-infant bonding had a higher risk of presenting postpartum depression (21.4%) compared to those with inadequate maternal bonding (12.5%).
