El objetivo general planteado fue: Determinar el nivel del desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Jesús Maestro, del distrito de Moche, 2014. El tipo de investigación corresponde a la denominada investigación básica descriptiva de un solo grupo, empleando como instrumento un cuestionario y, trabajando con una población muestral de 42 docentes de la institución educativa, antes mencionada. Luego de realizar el procesamiento estadístico de los datos, se determinó que EL NIVEL DEL DESEMPEÑO DOCENTE EN LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA JESÚS MAESTRO DEL DISTRITO DE MOCHE, 2014; en un 10% corresponden al nivel sobresaliente y el otro 90% al nivel suficiente. Por lo cual, consideramos que dado los resultados, se ha determinado los niveles del desempeño docente, dándose por aceptada, en consecuencia esta investigación.
