La informalidad que lo rodea genera desorden, delincuencia, ambientes antihigiénicos, entre otros y perjudica tanto al comercio formal como a los pobladores y transeúntes de la zona. El presente proyecto de tesis está orientado a elaborar una propuesta de remodelación arquitectónica, destinado a contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes del sector, los comerciantes y compradores, permitiendo también satisfacer sus necesidades con una nueva infraestructura. Luego de analizar el Mercado proponemos, una remodelación arquitectónica que pretenda dar solución a la problemática actual, todo el cambio o mejora en cuanto a su infraestructura o distribución servirá para mejorar la atención al cliente, aumentar las ventas y reactivar la zona, teniendo no solo una arquitectura funcional, sino también un lugar seguro que les brinde un desarrollo en la sociedad y así mejorar su calidad de vida

This thesis project is aimed at developing a proposal for architectural remodeling, intended to contribute to improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector, merchants and buyers, also allowing them to satisfy their needs with a new infrastructure. After analyzing the Market, we propose an architectural remodeling that aims to provide a solution to the current problem.
