El trabajo de investigación tiene por propósito analizar las consecuencias de la eventual regulación del derecho al olvido en la normatividad jurídica peruana y su impacto en los derechos fundamentales. Por ello, la presente investigación es cualitativa utilizándose como métodos lógicos: método inductivo, método deductivo y método analítico y como métodos jurídicos: método hermenéutico, método jurídico y método comparativo. Asimismo, se utilizó como instrumentos fichas bibliográficas, guía de observación y en el caso de técnicas la observación y el acopio documental. Al respecto conviene decir que, la investigación encuentra su justificación en la protección y equilibrio de derechos fundamentales en un contexto de transformaciones tecnológicas, reconociendo la importancia de adaptar la legislación a las realidades contemporáneas para garantizar una protección efectiva de la dignidad, privacidad y reputación de los individuos. De igual manera, en la presente investigación se profundiza el desarrollo doctrinario de las instituciones jurídicas el derecho al olvido, la protección de datos personales y los derechos fundamentales relacionados. |

Therefore, this study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing the following logical methods: the inductive method, the deductive method, and the analytical method. Additionally, the following legal methods are used: the hermeneutic method, the legal method, and the comparative method. Furthermore, bibliographic cards, observation guides, and, as techniques, observation and document collection were used as instruments. It is pertinent to note that the justification for this research lies in the protection and balance of fundamental rights in the context of technological transformations, recognizing the importance of adapting legislation to contemporary realities to ensure the effective protection of individuals' dignity, privacy, and reputation.
