La investigación fue básica de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, descriptiva correlacional, la muestra estuvo constituida por 75 trabajadores nombrados y contratados. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta; se empleó instrumentos que fueron sometidos a juicios de expertos; los cuales a su vez obtuvieron niveles aceptables de alfa de Cronbach, el cuestionario de condiciones de trabajo obtuvo un valor de 0.80 y el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral obtuvo un alfa de Cronbach de 0.965 lo que indica que ambos instrumentos son confiables en un nivel de bueno y muy bueno respectivamente. Dentro de los resultados de la investigación se encontró relación entre las condiciones de trabajo y el nivel de satisfacción laboral del personal del Policlínico Policial de Trujillo, 2023; obteniendo resultados de chi cuadrado de 17.470 con un nivel de significancia <0.05.

The research was a basic, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational design; the sample consisted of 75 appointed and hired workers. The technique used was the survey; instruments that were submitted to expert judgments were used; which in turn obtained acceptable levels of Cronbach's alpha, the working conditions questionnaire obtained a value of 0.80 and the job satisfaction questionnaire obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.965, which indicates that both instruments are reliable at a level of good and very good respectively.
