En primera instancia se realizó el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa, empleando instrumentos de evaluación como encuestas al personal, así como guías de observación Se realizó el análisis de la información mediante métodos como diagramas de Ishikawa, Pareto, DAP y VSM lo cual dio como resultado principal problemas en su flujo logístico y área de producción las cuales retrasaban el cumplimento de entregas de pedidos. Así mismo, mediante la relación actividades se desarrolló una propuesta de implementación de metodología 5S con el fin de lograr un mejor flujo en el control de pedidos. Así como también se propone la utilización del método Poka Yoque con el fin de minimizar los erros de producción. Finalmente, lo detallado anteriormente nos indica que de implementarse la propuesta la empresa tendría como resultado de ROA de 10%. con un ROE de 520% y un marguen BO 86%.

Initially, a diagnosis of the company's current situation was carried out using evaluation instruments such as staff surveys and observation guides. The analysis of the information was conducted through methods such as Ishikawa diagrams, Pareto analysis, DAP, and VSM, which revealed significant problems in its logistical flow and production area, causing delays in order delivery. Additionally, through the relationship of activities, a proposal was developed for the implementation of the 5S methodology in order to achieve a better flow in order control. The use of the Poka Yoke method is also proposed to minimize production errors. Finally, the aforementioned indicates that if the proposal were implemented, the company would achieve a ROA of 10% with a ROE of 520 % and a BO margin of 86%.application/pdfspaUniversidad Privada
