Se encontró que: El 64% de las gestantes corresponde al grupo de edad entre 20 y 35 años, 64.4% laboran, 83.6% son convivientes, el 12.8% tuvo obesidad como antecedente; 37.1% fueron nulíparas, el 95.4% sin antecedentes de complicaciones obstétricas, el 66.2% fue de estado nutricional normal, y 28.3% tuvieron sobrepeso y obesidad y el 18.7% desarrollo anemia en la gestación. El 60.3% fue asintomática, de los sintomáticos lo principal fue: Dolor de garganta, tos, cefalea, fiebre. El 71.7% tuvo covid-19 leve, 18.2% Covid-19 grave y crítico. El 67.5% presentaron complicaciones: 34.7% amenaza de parto prematuro, 15.5% parto prematuro, 13.20% ITU, y 11.9% ruptura prematura de membranas, 1 muerte materna por Covid-19. Concluyendo: Existe relación significativa entre los principales síntomas del Covid-19, el tipo de Covid-19 y las complicaciones obstétricas

The technique was data collection using a form. It was found that: 64% of the pregnant women correspond to the age group between 20 and 35 years, 64.4% work, 83.6% are cohabitants, 12.8% had obesity as a history; 37.1% were nulliparous, 95.4% had no history of obstetric complications, 66.2% had a normal nutritional status, and 28.3% were overweight and obese and 18.7% developed anemia during pregnancy. 60.3% were asymptomatic, of the symptomatic ones the main ones were: Sore throat, cough, headache, fever. 71.7% had mild Covid-19, 18.2% had severe and critical Covid-19. 67.5% presented complications: 34.7% threatened premature birth, 15.5% premature birth, 13.20% UTI, and 11.9% premature rupture of membranes, 1 maternal death due to Covid-19.
