La aplicación estratégica y cuidadosa de conceptos bioclimáticos orientará los criterios arquitectónicos de nuestra investigación, enfocándose en el diseño de techos verdes para optimizar la calidad ambiental, reducir el efecto isla de calor y aportar beneficios culturales, regulatorios y de provisión. La incorporación del doble acristalamiento se dirigirá a mejorar la eficiencia térmica y acústica, acompañada por el uso de coberturas y paneles para generar sombras, respaldado por la inercia térmica de materiales que contribuyen a estabilizar la temperatura. Además, se propone resaltar la presencia de la naturaleza, tanto como área de esparcimiento y como complemento integral de nuestro equipamiento. La propuesta aspira a brindar un entorno confortable mediante la aplicación de la arquitectura bioclimática, aprovechando la riqueza vegetal local de Piura de manera integral, sostenible y armoniosa.

The strategic and careful application of bioclimatic concepts will guide the architectural criteria of our research, focusing on the design of green roofs to optimize environmental quality, reduce the urban heat island effect, and provide cultural, regulatory, and provisioning benefits. The incorporation of double glazing will aim to improve thermal and acoustic efficiency, accompanied by the use of coverings and panels to create shade, supported by the thermal inertia of materials that help stabilize temperature. Additionally, there is a proposal to highlight the presence of nature, both as a recreational area and as an integral complement to our equipment.
