Esta investigación es de tipo aplicada de diseño no experimental, asimismo con un alcance correlacional, también con un enfoque cuantitativa, con una población de estudio de la empresa calzado Bensa y con una muestra de 33 trabajadores. Como técnicas de recolección de datos se hizo uso de la encuesta. Por lo cual, se encontró que existe relación significativa directa (Sig.<0.05), entre la responsabilidad social y la competitividad empresarial de la empresa de calzado Bensa, en un nivel moderado, con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.608. Como conclusión se obtuvo que es importante adoptar prácticas socialmente responsables que permitan a la empresa fortalecer su reputación, atraer talento, acceder a nuevos mercados, gestionar riesgos de manera eficiente, fomentar la innovación y diferenciarse de la competencia

This research is of an applied type of non-experimental design, also with a descriptive correlational scope, also with a quantitative approach, with a study population from the Bensa footwear company and with a sample of 33 workers. As data collection techniques, the questionnaire was used. Therefore, it was found that there is a direct significant relationship (Sig.<0.05), between social responsibility and business competitiveness of the Bensa footwear company, at a moderate level, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.608.
